“Rachael came to our rescue after another company that we had had booked in advance called to cancel two hours before he was due to put up our party tent for my granddaughters birthday. His reasons was because it was raining. Starbright was recommended after turning to social media for help. Rachael came within an hour. She was lovely and set about putting up the tent. Rachael didn’t stop there and left to pop to shop for finishing touches such as balloons, banner and a card before we went to look. When Rachael had finished I was amazed how lovely the tent and all the finishing touches to detail were. It looked so comfortable and welcoming. My granddaughter just loved it and thanks to this company she had a fantastic evening for her birthday. This company is so professional, very realisable and highly recommended. “We booked Starbright Hideaways for my 40th Birthday. All I can say is absolutely fantastic, Rachael & Leanne were brilliant from initial booking to collection after. Everything little detail had been thought about from the little decorations, lights and bedding/blankets etc. They even left balloons, card and a lovely bottle of fizz. “Got this for my daughters birthday and looked amazing! The staff were lovely and helpful and the tent was decorated beautifully.. they even included a card for her and the beds were so bouncy! Weather turned on us but somehow the tent was very warm and cosy and gave us shelter from the rain. Definitely would recommend it and would definitely use again!- Ana 5/6/2020

“Fantastic service and amazing tent!!! Rachael and Leanne are brilliant!! Very speedy response to me when I enquired late on Sunday evening about hiring for the Tuesday, sent me all of the information I needed and arrived very promptly on the Tuesday morning to set up! The tent is spacious, extremely well look after and comes complete with everything you’d need for a special night! They provided two double blow up air beds (but gave us a choice of single beds too!) with all of the bedding needed, lots of pretty fairy lights, bunting and decorations! They even gave me a birthday card, bottle of fizz and chocolates!! My daughter absolutely loved playing in here and called it her den!! We had a movie night with popcorn and roasted marshmallows outside! This was a really special experience for us all during lockdown but I’d equally use Starbright again for future camping trips (if we ever venture further than our garden!!) Collection was just as prompt and very efficient packing up neatly and quickly! Thank you very much again!! I’d highly recommend! – Laura 22/5/2020

“The Starbright Hideaways bell tent was such a lovely addition to our tipi reception. The set up inside was so cosy and rustic with extra touches of some Prosecco & flowers for us to enjoy in the evening. A fire was even added to keep us warm as the temperature had started to drop with it being October. The fire heated the tent up pretty quickly and made it all warm & cosy. We had a lovely time chilling and having breakfast the morning after the wedding. A big thank you to Rachael & Leanne who were both really prompt when replying to emails, very organised & punctual on drop off and collection.
