- We had a festival type wedding and with family and friends coming from around the country needed a way they could all be together and enjoy the whole weekend. We therefore decided for a festival type wedding. We hired 24 bell tents, 1 dresser and a 6×8 marquee for our wedding. This gave us the perfect festival vibe but also classiness of a wedding too. Rachel and Leanne offered incredible service from start to finish. They were clear in what they offered and pricing, communication was friendly and easy. But the most impressive was the fluidity they put the tents up. It was an incredibly hot day and they did all the tents in one day. They even offered to come back across the weekend to check the tents and pump up if needed. We told them not to be silly and get to the pub, enjoy the weekend! Fantastic service and meant we were all able to enjoy each others company and create special memories
- We knew we wanted to use Starbright for their tents as guest accommodation from the moment we started speaking to them. They are such a good company and take as much of the strain from you as they can, which is definitely a big positive when planning a wedding

- The 10 stars say it all. I could not recommend Starbright Hideaways enough. Simply excellent service, incredibly efficient and I know they would have helped at any time of the day if there was an issue (which there wasn’t). Spotless tents and so comfortable. Attention to detail was evident

- this company is one of the most responsive we dealt with during the arrangements of our daughter’s wedding. The Bell tents are absolutely fabulous, they are so spacious even with 4 people in them. We swapped and changed the number of tents we wanted but that wasn’t a problem for them. They set the tents up early morning so when we went to see them it was the most pleasant surprise. The finishing touches with the tent names and decorations finished it off perfectly. We had some pretty aggressive weather the evening of the wedding; rain and wind but the Bell tents didn’t budge. I hope I have an opportunity to use this company again, the girls are lovely

- Nothing was too much trouble. The tents were comfy, warm, relaxing, clean with those little extra touches to make our guests feel special. Extra services such as the dressing tent and additional toilet facilities were exceptional
- With every wedding, there is so much to organise, manage and sort. We chose Starbright Hideaways as they could not have been more helpful as we were planning the needs and set up of nearly 30 onsite teepee luxury tents. They sourced and managed extra facilities, both showers and lavatories, and helped us plan how best to set up the internal side of the tents so as to be a great experience for our guests. At the actual event, they were exemplary. The whole set up of tents and facilities was amazing. The team organised everything on the Thursday so the Friday (first guests arriving) would be seamless. They were regularly present and continuously checking in to make sure everything running smoothly and to plan all the way through to finishing on the Sunday morning. the feedback we had from multiple guests was that their experience was amazing. The bride and groom wanted the whole weekend to be an “amazing experience” for all and Starbright certainly overdelivered there !! They come highly recommended and for someone who ran a £2bn business, I am very demanding. Thank you Starbright (Rachael & Leanne)

- Fantastic local family company, was able to book immediately unlike the bigger companies in this area that didn’t seem bothered. Fantastic service lovely people couldn’t ask for anything better, good value would definitely recommend to others
- Starbright hideaways play a massive part in your wedding planning , as they are lifesavers when it comes to having some where extra for all your wedding guests to stay due to picking venues that don’t cater many rooms for your guests to be Able to stay on site with you. They also go above and beyond to help you and make sure everything is perfect for your big day
- The service was absolutely outstanding. It made my wedding and atmosphere great and it was just how we wanted it. The staff was so polite and welcoming. My wife had also hired these previously for the Hen Do and we was so pleased with it
- Staff was absolutely fantastic! I hired for my Hen Do and the service was an absolute dream! I couldn’t ask for a better experience and company to help me celebrate this milestone in my life. My husband and I hired again in April for our wedding and it was truly amazing! I can not thank these lovely ladies enough!

“Fantastic service throughout – very reasonably priced compared to so many other companies we looked at. Our venue was quite a tricky site, on a steeped hill with uneven and hard ground and they still got on with the job with no complaints and were just wonderful throughout!”
“On arrival at the wedding everything was set up and ready to go with the little extras of beautiful decoration in the tents and fairy lights outside. Even a mat to wipe feet on the way in. They also offered everyone an extra night free of charge as they weren’t going to clear up until the Monday! Some airbeds had deflated but there was a spare pile so we could change them immediately. Our tent was setup up with care and attention to detail. The booking and payment process was clear and simple. Being able to stay at the venue allowed us to make the most of our time at the wedding”

“Amazing service, can’t be faulted. We met the ladies at starbright a couple of times at open evenings at our wedding venue. Each time they knew who we were, knew when our wedding was and showed us around the tents and made sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived at Bunny hill the day before the wedding, all of the tents were set out beautifully with fairy lights and all tents labelled with our guest names. It truly looked amazing, they came back the morning of the wedding to ensure our guests had everything they needed. We couldn’t thank them enough and it was the best decision to have Starbright as part of our wedding. 5 star class service with always keeping in contact with us. We just need to find an excuse to stay in the tents ourselves now!”

“Rachael came to our rescue after another company that we had had booked in advance called to cancel two hours before he was due to put up our party tent for my granddaughters birthday. His reasons was because it was raining. Starbright was recommended after turning to social media for help. Rachael came within an hour. She was lovely and set about putting up the tent. Rachael didn’t stop there and left to pop to shop for finishing touches such as balloons, banner and a card before we went to look. When Rachael had finished I was amazed how lovely the tent and all the finishing touches to detail were. It looked so comfortable and welcoming. My granddaughter just loved it and thanks to this company she had a fantastic evening for her birthday. This company is so professional, very realisable and highly recommended. “We booked Starbright Hideaways for my 40th Birthday. All I can say is absolutely fantastic, Rachael & Leanne were brilliant from initial booking to collection after. Everything little detail had been thought about from the little decorations, lights and bedding/blankets etc. They even left balloons, card and a lovely bottle of fizz. “Got this for my daughters birthday and looked amazing! The staff were lovely and helpful and the tent was decorated beautifully.. they even included a card for her and the beds were so bouncy! Weather turned on us but somehow the tent was very warm and cosy and gave us shelter from the rain. Definitely would recommend it and would definitely use again!- Ana 5/6/2020

“Fantastic service and amazing tent!!! Rachael and Leanne are brilliant!! Very speedy response to me when I enquired late on Sunday evening about hiring for the Tuesday, sent me all of the information I needed and arrived very promptly on the Tuesday morning to set up! The tent is spacious, extremely well look after and comes complete with everything you’d need for a special night! They provided two double blow up air beds (but gave us a choice of single beds too!) with all of the bedding needed, lots of pretty fairy lights, bunting and decorations! They even gave me a birthday card, bottle of fizz and chocolates!! My daughter absolutely loved playing in here and called it her den!! We had a movie night with popcorn and roasted marshmallows outside! This was a really special experience for us all during lockdown but I’d equally use Starbright again for future camping trips (if we ever venture further than our garden!!) “The Starbright Hideaways bell tent was such a lovely addition to our tipi reception. The set up inside was so cosy and rustic with extra touches of some Prosecco & flowers for us to enjoy in the evening. A fire was even added to keep us warm as the temperature had started to drop with it being October. The fire heated the tent up pretty quickly and made it all warm & cosy. We had a lovely time chilling and having breakfast the morning after the wedding. A big thank you to Rachael & Leanne who were both really prompt when replying to emails, very organised & punctual on drop off and collection.
